Hi, I’m Hailey Khoo, the founder of Hailey Khoo Academy.

From a young age, I was taught that success meant excelling in school, getting a stable job, and working hard. I followed that advice, becoming a high achiever and striving for excellence. Yet, despite doing everything right, my journey to financial success was anything but smooth.

Like many, I believed traditional employment was the only path to stability. I kept changing jobs, hoping each new role would bring the fulfillment I wanted. However, no matter how hard I worked or how often I switched, financial success always felt out of reach.

Eventually, I realized a critical truth: we’re taught how to earn money, but not how to make it work for us. This realization changed everything.

Determined to break free, I started a journey of self-discovery. At first, it was tough. Years of self-limiting beliefs held me back—thoughts like “Success is too hard for me” or “Women shouldn’t be more successful than men.” Overcoming these deeply rooted mindset was one of the hardest things I’ve done. But it was also the most rewarding.

I invested thousands of dollars and countless hours learning about money-how to manage it, plan for the future, and create wealth. I sought out resources, attended workshops, and even enrolled in certification program to become a financial coach.

From all the workshops and courses I’ve attended, I’ve came to a realization that the best investment you can make is in yourself. You are your greatest asset-an asset that never depreciates but continually grows in value. Best of all, it’s something no one can ever take away from you!
